Fly Fishing
In recent years, more and more guests are wanting to learn the fine art of fly fishing. In late season, schools of local spawning pinks and coho provide great fly fishing opportunities. Opportunities include drifting local rivers in drift boats and fishing the mouths of several local spawning rivers from the beach. Of course, many of these fisheries are catch and release, but the thrill is getting these fish to attack your fly. There are also a few rivers along mainland B.C. with solid trout fisheries. Contact the lodge to inquire more. The best months to fly fish are late August and the whole month of September. |

Every spring, our guides would load up the boats and spend days on end exploring the rugged beauty of British Columbiašs inlets, looking for an untapped fishery and wild adventure. Wešve finally decided to share this wonder with our guests. With all the same service that has made Sundšs Lodge the finest lodge on the coast, the Inlet Experience provides great customer service from a remote outpost location. This puts you in the middle of the unpopulated grandeur of the coastal inlets. The only company youšll find up here is schools of big, fighting Chinook salmon.
